GENERAL
Jupiter Empire Coffee ("we," "us," "our") operates the website www.jupiterempire.store These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.
PRODUCTS
We sell premium whole bean coffee roasted fresh by our award-winning roaster. All product descriptions, images, and information are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.
We reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Discontinue products at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
PRICING
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Payment information
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods available through Shopify Payments.
Payment is processed at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled . Once a shipping label has been created and your order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of fresh roasted coffee and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Jupiter Empire Coffee and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Jupiter Empire™ is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of our branding, content, or intellectual property is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jupiter Empire Coffee is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Delays or failures in delivery beyond our control
• Allergic reactions or health issues (please review product ingredients)
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jupiter Empire Coffee from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
