SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:

Effective date January 3, 2026,

At Jupiter Empire Coffee, our coffee are roasted by our award -winning roaster ,  we ship freshly roasted coffee directly to your door. All orders are carefully packaged and fulfilled from our facility in  Ontario, Canada.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During this time, we roast your coffee fresh, package it with care, and prepare it for shipment.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES:

CANADA:
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)

UNITED STATES:
• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available for Canadian customers on orders $50.00 and over . For our USA customers it’s $100.00 and over . Promotions will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. International expansion may be available in the future.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately at support@jupiterempire.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your coffee.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

ADDRESS ACCURACY:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Jupiter Empire Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
