REFUND POLICY:

At Jupiter Empire Coffee, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and freshness with every order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEE:

All our coffee is roasted by award-winning roaster . We stand behind the quality of every bag we ship.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Due to the perishable nature of fresh roasted coffee and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bags.

Quality Guarantee :

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jupiterempire.store,  with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

We will gladly make it right.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders maybe cancelled within 24 hours of purchase , provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once a shipping label has been created and your order is in transit , cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@jupiterempire.store

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

Please inspect your order upon delivery . If your coffee  arrives damaged , defective or if the seal is broken, contact us at support@jupiterempire.store within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging .  We will work with our shipping carrier  to resolve the issue and send you  a replacement or issue a full refund. 

If your shipment is lost in transit and tracking shows non-delivery , please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or provide a full refund once the claim is process.
